Hold your degree wheel and turn your crankshaft.
Don't use your crank hub retaining bolt to rotate your engine! Use one of Moroso's degree wheel crankshaft sockets to easily turn over your engine and degree-in the camshaft. These sockets have a 1/2 in. drive and make it easier to locate TDC and BDC when degreeing-in camshafts. They feature a knurled jam nut that is used to position a degree wheel, and can be loosened and turned separately from the socket. A broached keyway allows the socket to slide over the crankshaft snout for positive engagement.
